Response to Claims

  • Allow the alleged infringer to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, Damplips.uk may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action.
